Rachael Lampa Biography

Christian vocal prodigy Rachael Lampa's sweet singing was first featured on the Word Records release Live for You, which was issued on August 1, 2000. Featuring a duet with Aaron Neville, There Is Still a Dream, the album was co-produced by Brent Bourgeois and Brown Bannister, who had discovered Lampa at a music conference in Colorado when she was 14. By the following year, her debut album was released, around the time the young singer was beginning high school. Her second album, 2002's Kaleidoscope, featured more contributions from Lampa as a songwriter. The following year, Lampa returned to the studio and also released the remix album Blur, which added dance, hip-hop, and pop elements to songs off of Live for You and Kaleidoscope. ~ Stacia Proefrock, All Music Guide

Upon receipt of the information included in the Consultation & Artist Info Package, Buyer agrees that ERG has fulfilled its obligations under this agreement and releases ERG from any and all liability to the maximum extent allowed by law, and will indemnify and hold harmless ERG, its directors, officers, employees, and agents, from and against any and all claims arising from this agreement and subsequent event including but not limited to all third party claims, losses, damages, suits, fees, judgments, costs and expenses (collectively referred to as 'Claims'), including attorneys' fees incurred in responding to such Claims, that the parties may suffer or incur arising out of or in connection with (a) a party’s negligence, willful misconduct, or breach of any representation, warranty, or other obligation under this Agreement, or (b) any personal injury (including death) or damage to property resulting from a party or its agents' acts or omissions and standard force majeure. The parties will give prompt notice of any Claim to the other party, and the parties will defend the opposing party at their request. This Agreement will be governed by, construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of NEVADA.
